Optimism

Dear JM,

I have been watching your videos very ardently for the past two years. What I find most striking in them is that they are not merely talks about literature, philosophy, or life. Again and again, they have made me think about how one should actually live.

Many of your videos are deeply thought-provoking, but what I particularly appreciate is the energy and optimism that runs through them. You always seem to approach life from a positive perspective. You speak about your own experiences, your struggles, your reading, your travels, and the lessons you have learned from them, and from these experiences you offer advice to younger people on how they can face the world with courage.

What I like most is that you do not speak about success merely in terms of money, position, or social recognition. You speak about conquering the world while also gaining inner peace. You repeatedly emphasize the importance of optimism, self-confidence, discipline, intellectual curiosity, and the courage to pursue what genuinely interests us. There is something very encouraging in hearing these ideas from someone who has actually lived through the experiences he speaks about.

I have noticed that many of the young people around you seem to be deeply influenced by this attitude. They appear to have gained not only confidence in their personal lives but also the courage to pursue their intellectual and spiritual interests. I believe this kind of influence is much more valuable than giving them ready-made answers. It teaches them to look at life differently and to take responsibility for their own growth.

Perhaps that is why I continue to watch your videos with such interest. Even when you speak about an ordinary experience, there is usually some larger insight behind it. Your way of connecting everyday life with literature, philosophy, nature, learning, and personal experience makes the videos particularly meaningful.

In a time when so much public discussion is filled with anxiety, cynicism, resentment, and negativity, your insistence on living with energy and hope feels especially important. You seem to remind young people that life is not something to be merely endured. It can be explored, understood, and lived intensely.

I am grateful for these two years of watching and listening. Your videos have given me many moments of reflection and, more importantly, a renewed sense of optimism about life and its possibilities.

Thank you, JM, for sharing your experiences and thoughts so generously.

With warm regards,

M.R Ganesh
