I really appreciate the idea of Ayurveda classes. Ayurveda is not just a medical methodology. It has a complete world vision, which is entirely different from Western medicine. Everyone interested in Hinduism must learn about Ayurveda, which is core to Vedic tradition. Through Ayurveda, we are not learning about our body and its problems. We are learning our ancestors’ understanding of nature and the cosmos. We can understand our rituals and puja methods through Ayurveda. Great endeavor.
