Dear Jeyamohan,
The talk on Vedanta and Neo-Vedanta was an eye-opener. I had the impression that the Vedanta movement is an active force now and that it was an ideological outburst that achieved practically nothing. However, your talk showed me how it has shaped modern India and how it remains a significant influence in education and other nation-building activities. If we consider the Neo-Vedantic movement as a whole, it is the largest cultural and sociological movement that has ever occurred in India. Thank you for the insightful talk.
