A beautiful article. Even more essential today. I am a retired professor.Today the meaning of philosophy has become blurred. Philosophy is understood today in two ways. For many, philosophy is religion. It is not known that there can be a philosophy without worship and deity. They confuse theology and philosophy. On the other hand, philosophy is taught as a subject in colleges. It is not a philosophy lesson, but a lesson about philosophy. A proper philosophy is purely intellectual. It is something one should study for his fundamental questions. You have beautifully explained the ways to study philosophy and the necessary caveats
