Dear Mohan,
I was watching your videos about meditation and how to improve yourself. There are a lot of talks about self-improvement on the internet these days. Most of them are based on career advice, and they tell people to overcome the material world by working hard, making good relationships, and being very careful with their daily lives. But almost everyone lives this way now, and they still have a lot of problems. These problems are strange and this career advisor can’t help with them. We need help today to deal with our minds. The biggest problem we have right now is how to pay attention to our lives without getting bored with them. You are sharing your unique life message through this conversation, which can be summed up as “the twofold concentration.” You are telling people to focus on their careers and their spiritual lives at the same time. We need two people inside of us. One should focus on their career, while the other should focus on something outside of work, like their personal and spiritual life. That is the best way to deal with this world. Otherwise, this would make us crazy very quickly.
