Dear Jeyamohan,
Your talk on learning Vedas is a small but effective answer to many questions. Even Vedic scholars are unaware of the aesthetics and vision of the Vedas and their role in modern life. Generally, people view the Vedas as a collection of simple divine sounds that one can chant to attain worldly merits. You give us a detailed modern vision on them. They are primitive texts that connect us with the timeless subconscious of our ancestors, the cavemen from whom those precultural sounds emerged.
