In today’s environment, the biggest challenge is to concentrate the mind and perform actions. Be it in education or in work. Artificially intensifying the mind can lead to mental exhaustion.

Today’s life is constantly exhausting our adrenal glands. When an animal is in danger, its body needs to release all its energy. The animal must burn its food completely and ensure full muscle function. The adrenals do that work. But in the stressful and hectic life we are creating today, we are like a deer being chased by a lion all the time.

The entertainment we think of as entertainment, social media, also stimulates our adrenals. That leads to inattention and depression. It also causes diseases ranging from indigestion and insomnia to psoriasis.

Yoga methods and meditations are exercises that calm the glands of our body. We slowly calm our mind and soothe the body. They have spread widely worldwide because they are very useful. The countries where the largest number of people in the world practice yoga and meditation are Europe and America.

The meditation method taught by Thillai Senthilprabhu is one that is defined for today’s times. It is influential all over the world.
