They are supermen…

Dear Jeyamohan,

The discussion on Nietzsche is inspiring. I have a personal perspective on this matter. Millions of people are living and dying. They never have any idea about themselves, or about human beings as a whole, or about posterity. Only a small number of individuals, very few in fact, possess that kind of thought. They make assumptions, dream about possibilities, and share those ideas with others to persuade them. Thus, mankind assumes a kind of identity for a particular period. A few philosophers in a particular time period created the idea of Superman, and it gained power. Perhaps it was a reflection of the needs of that era, but we cannot determine how these ideas originated in certain minds. History is shaped by the thoughts of a few influential individuals. Yes, we can call them supermen.
