Dear Sir
It’s really interesting to talk about our newspapers and history. I didn’t realize until after your talk that our popular newspapers don’t have any historical summaries or news compilations. Yes, I read Tanti, and I was disappointed to see that they think the only real news from a certain time is the release of a movie. This shows our limits; we only cover news about movies. We only talk about our past in relation to movies. We are a group of people who have no idea what history is. This is why our politicians change and lie about our real history. They change and misread even the most clear data. It’s a really sad situation. We can’t have real politics if we don’t have a good sense of history.
