Dear Jeyamohan,
I am an ardent listener of your speeches on YouTube. I am 72 years old and have a lot of health issues. I can’t travel or sit in a public place for a long time. I can’t read much either because I have eye problems. The only way is to listen to podcasts and YouTube talks.
I always like long speeches because only through them can one establish a valid thought logically and explain an idea completely. I hate small talk, because in that small speech, the idea about the listener behind it is that we are an inattentive and ignorant mass. It is not like that.
When the experts continuously argue that people won’t listen to long talks, they are actually insulting the listeners. Yes, there are people who will not listen to long things, but they can’t listen and remember small things either.
