We attended Thilai Sir’s much-awaited meditation class with my family—an effective and welcoming introduction to mindfulness.
His clarity, simplicity, and versatility made the session impactful. I initially had some hesitation about my 10 year old daughter’s participation, but I now see this early exposure as a meaningful step toward a more balanced and thoughtful outlook.
The session also encouraged me to reflect on my emotional patterns. While emotions like anger or regret don’t change overnight, I’ve begun practicing techniques such as staying present, cultivating awareness, and letting go of prejudice—small shifts that have already brought a sense of lightness.
