Dear Jeyamohan,
Your video talk on multitasking was precise and very useful. In reality, multitasking itself is not the biggest challenge today. The real challenge is shifting from one task to another and adjusting our mindset accordingly. That, in a practical sense, is true multitasking.
No one can perform more than one creative or meticulous task at the same time. The human mind is not designed for that. When we imagine that we are multitasking and handling many things simultaneously, we are often not doing any of them seriously. As a result, we lose focus, reduce the quality of our work, and waste valuable time.
