Dear Jeyamohan,
I have been watching your videos and reading your articles for more than a year, and I am so impressed by the way you present Vedantic ideas and issues of contemporary life. But what impressed me more is your success in organizing many people all over the world and getting things done. Such accomplishment is not possible without personal integrity and certain charisma.
As I know, writers are generally introverts and moody individuals. I know Sri Jeyakanthan and Sri Sundara Ramaswamy personally, and they were very self-centric individuals; that is quite natural. That particular trait is actually against the character of integrating people around them. Actually they had dreams and plans to do a lot of organizational work, and they tried to do something and failed.
I believe your success in this area stems from two aspects of your approach to operations. You are giving space to everyone to function and grow. You are giving awards to other writers, honoring them by conducting literary events, and promoting young writers by helping them develop their skills. Secondly, you are treating everyone as equal friends. That is a wonderful thing. My blessings.
