Acceptance of international participants
Dear Jeyamohan,
Thank you for your reply. I have been eagerly awaiting a response from either you or the team, and am glad to have heard from you.
You mentioned that you are currently accepting only Tamil participants. What about international participants who are Tamil speaking? Reason being, I am Singaporean Tamil, and am really eager to participate in the workshops offered by Unified Wisdom.
Do kindly let me know if I will have an opportunity to participate in the upcoming programs. Please also let me know if you need any further information from me.
Regards,
Preethiba
Dear Pradeepa,
We are conducting direct classes only; we are against online classes. We witness that the concept of online classes is only helpful in particular situations. They are useful for simple technical education. It is helpful to continue the education that has already started and developed at the secondary level. Otherwise, online classes are totally useless; they are a kind of self-cheating. We are not learning anything, but we believe that we learned a lot, and it blocks us from real learning.
Philosophy and aesthetics are very abstract subjects, and they need a proper teacher, I mean a guru, to teach them. A particular place for learning is also a must, most probably a forest.
Lastly, cultivating a friendship among individuals who share similar interests in these subjects is essential.
So we organized a place at a hill station near Erode, Tamil Nadu. We are organizing direct classes for these subjects. Already some people are participating in these classes from Singapore. We have plans to conduct these classes in Malaysia, too.
