Yoga for modern man

Dear Jeyamohan,

For a long time I considered myself an atheist and ridiculed yoga. A few years ago I got severe back pain. I was a frequent bike traveler, and some bulge emerged on my backbone. I went for various treatments. Finally modern medicine suggested surgery to me, but they themselves said there may be some risk of nerves being affected. One doctor advised me to consult a yoga teacher. I was surprised to hear that. I was very reluctant and finally approached and mastered yoga. I practiced yoga for one year and am completely cured now. In our modern life we are living in an artificial world, which affects our body. For curing these problems, yoga is the best way. I appreciate your attempts to bring yoga to all.
