A socio-spiritual way

Jeyamohan,

Relieving depression and other similar mental health issues is not easy; it is a contemporary challenge. We have been suffering from this problem for a long time, and we don’t know that the cause is a mental problem. We treated it as a ‘spell’ or ‘god infusion’ and did a lot of sorcery practices. Later, psychiatrists identified the condition as ‘hysteria.’ For the past 20 years, slowly, we have been starting to understand the complications in this phenomenon.

This is a psychological problem, but the root cause is sociological and spiritual. We need to address the surface issues with psychological methods and tackle the underlying problems using sociological and spiritual remedies. What you are developing is a socio-spiritual remedy to this core problem. I am happy to see you are not boasting about anything and your outlook is purely scientific.
