I used to read a lot of American commercial writing, especially thrillers and war novels. They provide me with a sense of relaxation while ensuring that I remain engaged in reading and understanding. Another important aspect is that almost everything I remember outside my field of research comes from fiction. Fiction is the best way to connect data and provide a comprehensive picture of various topics.
