The Mind and Body Problem

Hi Jaya Mohan,

I was watching your video about meditation and life today. I learned from different people that you are teaching meditation classes at your school. I found out that you are showing two different types of meditation. One is based on the Patanjali yoga shastra, and the other is a modern version made by Maharshi Mahesh Yogi. We need to train our bodies and minds today. Both ways, one trains the mind and body, and the other focuses on the body and mind. Your students may do well in life because of these classes. I was very doubtful about these kinds of things at first. But later I found out that if we can do it for a while, they will definitely give the best results. This is my own experience. In fact, today you need to train your mind and body properly to focus and do things well. It is very important to train our bodies to sit for a long time because we sit all day and fill our brains with useless information that made this time period. So, to learn anything new, we need to clear our minds and fix our bodies. Thanks for this new idea.
