Dear Jeyamohan,
I learned about the classes on Hindu philosophical systems being conducted in English. I had originally hoped to take these classes in Tamil, as I am proficient in the language. However, with the cancellation of the first Tamil class, I plan to join the English-taught philosophy class instead. After completing this class, will I be able to rejoin the Tamil classes, or will my participation be limited to the English classes only?
Sincerely,
N.R. Mahadevan
Dear Mahadevan,
The English classes are mainly designed for individuals who do not speak Tamil and only know English. However, several Tamil speakers who missed the initial Tamil class are participating in the English classes.
At this time, there are no plans to offer the first philosophy class in Tamil due to significant challenges in continuing and completing the classes that are currently in progress. Many classes are experiencing consistent delays. If we continue to introduce only the first class, it will be difficult to ensure thorough completion of those classes. We are currently advancing toward the seventh or eighth level of the philosophy camp. Therefore, we do not plan to conduct the first level in Tamil anytime soon. The first level will be offered in English, followed by two or three additional levels also in English.
Those who attend the first class in English may join any second or third class in Tamil, depending on their convenience.
Jeyamohan
