Philosophy and religion – A Letter

Dear Jeyamohan,

I am listening to the videos you are posting, and I have great insights from those short discourses. They are not lectures; you are talking to us directly from your heart, and we can feel our proximity while listening to your soft and hesitating voice. At times, your voice is filled with silent anger.

The short explanation about religion and philosophy is very sharp and precise. Religion is a stone tree, and philosophy is a living tree. You said that simile in a speech. Religious philosophy and religion are also entirely different from each other. We have to understand this difference in order to assimilate the vision of great saints and rishis.

S. Subbaiah.
