The Matrix

J,

I’ve been reflecting on your views about social media. Initially, I thought you were overly strict in your opposition to it. However, now I see it as a toxic environment. It’s reminiscent of the Matrix movie—a vast intelligence that we are all part of. It dictates our actions, who we interact with, and which of our posts are visible or vanish without a trace. It selects our friends and readers for us. In our society, religion and government have already constrained our thoughts, and political parties have further enslaved our thinking. Now, this enormous matrix is also enslaving us.
