Dear author,
Greetings. I hope this message finds you well. While reading the section titled “Women’s Asceticism, a Question” in the book Hindu Truth, I was filled with visions of those who wandered as ascetics across this vast land in pursuit of spiritual transcendence. However, I have been burdened by the negative perceptions surrounding them today. When I reached the part where your guru, Nitya Chaitanya Yati, was mentioned, particularly in the context of comments made by a Hindutva state official, I found myself crying without realizing it. My heart breaks.
May the Hindutva cancer that has afflicted the country of India disappear.
May your work live long.
With love,
A. Loveson Sam Durairaj.
Dear Loveson,
Religious fundamentalism will always be against true spirituality. But true spirituality is not against anything in any case.
Thank you.
