Money- A letter

Dear Jeyamohan,

Your speech about money was very thought-provoking.

For more than twenty years, I worked sixteen hours a day. Then, quite suddenly, I began to question the purpose of my life. While working full-time as a software programmer, I had a deep desire to do something creative in the fields of art and photography.

At that point, I made a conscious decision to work only as much as was necessary for my needs and to reclaim my time. I devoted that time to the art I loved. Slowly and steadily, I built a career of my own in that field.

Even today, my relationship with money is shaped by the same idea. To me, money means time—time for art. I work only to earn that time.

Regards,
Arvinda
