Dear Jeyamohan,
I was listening to your speech on our younger generation. I have a lot of experiences of my own. I was selecting young applicants for a job; it was a good start actually. With that training a young man can create his own career easily.
But the applications I got mostly contained three or four simple lines. Some men applied through WhatsApp messages, without any detail. One application even had no name on it. When I asked about the name, he said that he thought that there was a number on that message and I could ask him his name if needed. Very strange.
A lot of young men asked for high payments, limited working time, and other facilities. They never thought about their qualifications and the competition in the market. Many said they have ambitions in films or social media influencing… They have no hesitation to wait without doing anything.
I can’t say anything, but we have to worry about the general mentality of our youth. Our parents are breeding them as princes, and then they are pushed towards the tough material life… A pathetic situation indeed.
