Learning Philosophy: A Question

Thank you for the reply. I have to ask one question about languages, I am in a confusion on which languages I am using to think, you have talked about being proficient in a single language in this era where knowing multiple languages is not a advantage now, I have a practise which started in my school days, Iam now thinking in tamil but writing in english, my hand is very good in writing fast english but when i am switching to tamil script, I feel more resistance to write it. Even writing Tamil in an English script is difficult. Now I am reading research articles in english, My mind’s language is slowly becoming English. Now I am reading your work Venmurasu, I am also reading parallely Odyssey in English (Penguin classics), is it fine? You have talked about reading an easy book and a hard one together, but it’s a different language scenario. I recently saw your ‘Why we have to read epics’ in the unified wisdom channel. That’s why I thought of this question to ask you.

Dear Rupesh,
These are simple speculative questions. In fact, the human mind can easily transfer from one language to another. The great scholars from all over the world have worked on at least two languages because they usually have one modern language as their mother tongue and another classical language for learning their tradition. I myself have been working on three languages for more than fifty years. Language is not a problem at all; you can use any language that resonates with your mind for learning and thinking.
