Money- A letter

Jey,

Your video about money made a deep impression on me. I have always held a conflicted view regarding money. If we run solely after money, we risk losing out on life itself; yet, without money, we are left with nothing but humiliation, exhaustion, and loneliness. It is a dilemma akin to being caught between two fires.

To decide whether or not we need money, it is crucial to define what money means to us. You mentioned that, for you, money represents time. For someone else, it might signify social power. Regardless of the definition, if we clearly establish the purpose of money, we can avoid going beyond the limits required for that specific purpose. For instance, you would never earn money at the cost of wasting time, because you accumulate money precisely *for the sake* of time. It seems that if everyone developed their own clear understanding of money, they could determine exactly where they stand amidst this dilemma.

An important video—thank you.
