Pessimism _ A Letter

Dear Writer,

It is true that pessimism is hypocrisy. James Allen’s “As a man thinketh” has enough evidences to prove that our mind is our strength. To equip our mind strong, we need to take contemplate on philosophy and Self knowledge. In his book he rightly quoted ‘Circumstances doesn’t make a man,but it reveals to himself’.

We need not become material rich, once you have the positive attitude and accepting one’s own limitations, sky is the limit.Richness is in mind.We can see in everyday life,a school drop out can become an entrepreneur whereas an educated person  becomes just an employee of an organization.

Pessimism is  pure negative mentality and it blames everything around him.

The very essence of “The Bhagat Gita ” is to do away our self pity and stand oneself for the role assigned to him according to the situation and circumstances arise.

The characters of Novels should encourage the readers to live in a peaceful ,caring environment and to boost one’s self worth.

To live in this complex world and relationships, every individual should attune his mind to his environment. He cannot ignore its folly and fantasies.Society is a web of social relationships. It knits itself a social order and got inside it.The social process continues.

I remember an adage “A pessimist sees the prison bars while an Optimist see the beautiful sky when they are in prison “.We need to read a lot of  philosophical topics and spiritual treatises to build our mind strong.

School is just a place to acquire academic knowledge, but wisdom comes from our observations about people and circumstances.

An unexamined life is not worth living. Everyday one must examine himself. He should devote one hour for contemplation. He can definitely come out of his pessimistic attitude and hypocrisy.

That’s what our Indian philosophy does.

Life is to live.

Thank you writer Jeyamohan for kindling the thought on pessimism.
